Returns & Refunds

At Theriveo™, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which means you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions for returning your package.

Items returned without prior authorization from our support team will not be accepted.

Items sent to intermediary shipping facilities, freight forwarders, or unauthorized return locations are not eligible for a refund.

Theriveo™ is not responsible for customer errors during checkout, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address

  • Entering inaccurate contact information

  • Refusing delivery

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

All shipping-related costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product, please contact:

Once your exchange request has been approved, we will provide a return address and further instructions.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, your replacement order will be prioritized for processing.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product before placing an order.

An additional restocking fee of up to 10% of the original order value may apply if the returned product is not received in its original condition.

Orders that have received a replacement under our exchange policy are no longer eligible for a refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

To help us process your claim, we may request:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If a product arrives damaged or defective upon delivery, customers may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A complimentary replacement shipment


Product Warranty

Theriveo™ products are backed by our limited product warranty.

If a manufacturing defect occurs after normal use, please contact our support team.

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

  • A replacement product

  • Replacement parts

  • Other reasonable solutions at our discretion

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse

  • Improper care

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • All tags and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • The product has been excessively used

  • The product is damaged due to misuse

  • The return is requested after the 90-day return window

  • The item is returned without authorization

  • The product is returned to an incorrect address

  • The customer provides insufficient return information
