Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including your full name, address, postal code, and contact details.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or insufficient shipping information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Should your order be returned to our facility, we will contact you to arrange a replacement shipment and discuss any applicable shipping charges before proceeding.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Although we offer free shipping on all orders, any shipping expenses incurred after an order has been processed and dispatched are non-refundable.
